What we store
For device-bound private valuation cases we store submitted property facts, source URL, provenance, snapshots and results. Direct submissions may include property details, submitter photographs, a private address, contact details, rights and accuracy attestations, moderation status, notifications and an audit trail. Property enquiries may include name, email, optional phone and message, linked only to the relevant property. Google and Facebook authentication are not active yet.
What may be published
Only approved descriptive fields and approved submitter images can enter the public catalog. Before storage, KTIMIO removes EXIF, XMP and common text metadata from supported JPG, PNG and WEBP files to reduce exposure of data such as GPS metadata. A private address, submitter email or phone number and an optional private source URL are not published. Enquirer details are visible only to the owner of the relevant submission.
What we do not collect from third-party listings
URL analysis does not automatically retain advertiser phone numbers, advertiser emails, tax identifiers, full third-party descriptions or third-party photographs. User-submitted reports and workspace routes are private and marked noindex. Do not provide sensitive owner, client or third-party documents without a lawful basis and authorization.
Purpose and retention
Data is used to provide the requested private workflow, moderate opt-in submissions, communicate about an invited pilot, generate reports and exports, operate notifications, measure ingestion quality, prevent abuse and protect the service. Direct listings expire from public display after 60 days without renewal. KTIMIO does not sell personal data and does not activate third-party advertising trackers.
Access, export and deletion
The Workspace provides a JSON export and deletion of session-owned data, including image metadata and notifications. Deletion removes direct submissions from public display and deletes their corresponding stored files. Requests for correction or another privacy matter can be submitted through the data-partner contact form using the subject “Privacy request”. Ownership is never inferred merely because two records contain the same email address.
Guest beta boundary
Private valuation cases and evidence files are linked to a secure cookie on this device. Do not submit owner or third-party contact details or other personal data unless you have a lawful basis and authorization. Contact george@renfluence.com for access, correction or deletion.
Authentication
Google and Facebook sign-in and direct-listing publication are not active yet. Until then, only device-bound private cases are available. No third-party advertising trackers are active.
