D1DATA PROVENANCE

Every fact needs a source.

KTIMIO explicitly separates seller or publisher claims, user-confirmed facts, licensed feeds, official public data and independently verified evidence.

Three evidence levels

A source claim appears in a listing or feed but has not been independently checked. A user-confirmed fact has been confirmed by the user without professional sign-off. Verified evidence comes from a licensed or official source, or has been reviewed by an appropriately qualified independent person under the admission policy. These levels are not interchangeable.

Direct submissions

Direct property details and photographs are opt-in and reach the public catalog only after identity, rights attestation and moderation checks. A “verified” marker requires a manual identity or authority review and does not certify title, legal compliance, technical condition or market value.

What provenance retains

Where available, KTIMIO stores the source URL, domain, listing identifier, observation timestamps, capture method, rights status, field-level evidence status and model version. URL import does not automatically retain raw HTML, full third-party descriptions, third-party photographs or advertiser contact details. Asking prices remain separate from verified transaction outcomes.

Source registry and rights

Every production adapter requires an accountable source owner, documented permission or reuse basis, allowed fields and purposes, refresh cadence, attribution, retention and deletion obligations, plus a kill switch. Without those controls the source remains disabled, private or manual and cannot power the public catalog or an accuracy claim. A public page or robots allowance alone is not a commercial republication or model-training licence.

Correction, removal and history

A fact can be downgraded, corrected or removed when the source changes or the right to use it expires. A submitter can edit, renew or withdraw a direct listing. Expired or withdrawn records do not appear as active public inventory, and removal from a listing site is never silently interpreted as a completed sale. Partners and rights holders can request review through the data-partner contact route.
